At Vista Ballena Hotel, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair reservation process. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Our Flexible Rate – Breakfast Included allows guests to cancel or modify their reservation under the following conditions. Cancellations made between 30 and 22 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur no charges (0% of the total reservation amount).

For cancellations made within 21 days prior to arrival, the following penalties will apply based on the total reservation amount:

• Cancellations made between 21 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
• Cancellations made between 14 and 9 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount
• Cancellations made within 8 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount
• In case of No Show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged
• All reservations must be confirmed with a valid payment method. Guests may confirm their booking by making a deposit corresponding to the applicable conditions or by providing valid credit card details as a guarantee.

Vista Ballena Hotel reserves the right to charge the applicable penalties according to the cancellation policy outlined above. Any modification, early departure, or cancellation will be subject to these conditions.

Vista Ballena Hotel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
